Hungary Travel Tips
Article by Euro Traveler
While Hungary is a relatively small country, it has a lot to offer for tourists. The culture, the landscapes and the tourist attractions make Hungary a very interesting country to travel to. This article highlights some of the many interesting attractions in Hungary that travelers might want to visit. There is much more, and a choice of particular destinations to visit is likely to depend on one’s personal interests, but these are just few suggested spots.
Hungary National GalleryIf you are visiting Hungary’s capital city Budapest and are even slightly interested in art, you would probably really like to see the Hungarian National Gallery. Large collections of fine arts that are divided to various sections can capture the interest of a visitor for a long time, and many of them may want to come back later.
Lake Balaton – Central Europe’s Largest LakeShallow waters and sandy beaches make the lake Balaton a popular spot among the tourists who visit Hungary. Lake Balaton is the largest lake in Central Europe. There are many villages that surround the lake and Heviz which is the largest thermal river in Europe is close to the lake. One village that is located near to the Lake Balaton is Veszprem and it has a nice museum as well as a 13th century Gizella Chapel.
Aggtelek Caves in the Aggtelek National ParkThe Aggtelek national park is located in the northeastern part of Hungary. Aggtelek national park has about 250 fascinating caves that have been made a UNESCO World Heritage site (incidentally, there are quite many UNESCO World Heritage sites in Hungary). The formation of these caves in the limestone bedrock is something that may especially fascinate the geology buffs, but others may find the end result interesting as well.
Obiously, this is just a very small sample of what Hungary has to offer for tourists who visit the country. There is enough things to see and do in Hungary for a person to spend several long vacations there and still find something new and interesting.

TRAVEL TIPS: HOTEL RESERVATION AND CAR RENTAL
TRAVEL TIPS: HOTEL RESERVATION AND CAR RENTAL
Article by Market.Travel
When planning your vacation, the most important factor is where youre going. The second is where you will stay, and the third is usually how you will get around. No matter where youre headed, youll always need a comfortable place to sleep, so making your hotel reservation in advance is always a good idea. A car rental is also a good idea, especially if its more than 2 people travelling.
When it comes to your hotel room, you want it to be comfortable, clean, and respectable at the bare minimum, but if youre like me then you like to really enjoy your vacation I usually splurge because, after all, its my vacation so Im going to make I enjoy myself. You can find many luxurious hotels all over the world for very good deals online, and if you book a package including your air fare and hotel reservation, you can really save a lot more than if you booked them separately. The only thing I would say is check out the hotel online first to get a feel for the hotel and an idea of their amenities.
Generally, hotels are rated on a 5-Star system, 5 stars being the best hotel and 1 star being the worse. If the hotel has no star then it either hasnt been rated yet, or is not very good at all I tend to avoid those ones. I like to stay in 4 or 5 star hotels whenever I travel, I can get room service, in-room massages, and other wonderful amenities. Theres usually a good restaurant and a bar in the lobby where you can grab something to eat, or meet up with friends for a few drinks. If your budget isnt that much, then youd probably want a 3 Star hotel, it doesnt cost as much as a 4 or 5 star, but it still offers many of the same amenities.
Whenever Im travelling around the States, I always get a car rental, I hate waiting for public transit, and a car is just so much more convenient! We go where we want, when we want, with no long waits, or unnecessary delays. As long as we get a map, and arent afraid to ask for directions then were fine. Car rentals come in various sizes, from compact cars right up to full-sized trucks, you can find the right vehicle for your needs.
If youre planning on travelling during a peak season, its a very good idea to get your hotel reservation and car rental booked early. When it is peak season, there are a lot of tourists visiting, and that means that hotel rooms and car rentals are in high demand. If you wait till the last minute to book during peak season, then you may have trouble finding an available room, and if you do, it will probably cost you much more than if you had booked in advance, so if youre planning on travelling do your research and book early!

Group Travel Tips Exposed
Group Travel Tips Exposed
Article by Travel Blogger
There are dozens of activities that travel groups can plan and engage in to make their trips special and enjoyable. While these may not appeal to everyone, some are definitely going to be very popular among the members. The best thing to do here is to determine what interests your group has in common, measure that against the possible activities that are available in your destination and pick a few of the most appealing ones to everybody.
As promised, here are some cool ideas that you may want to consider as you plan your vacation.
1. Fishing: If your travel group has a good number of fishing enthusiasts, you can arrange to take a trip together to one of the riverine areas of your country or state of interest and take some time out catching fish. Just make sure you bring some fire to cook them, too. (Unless you can start fire by rubbing sticks, of course.)
2. Golfing: How good are your swings? Do you have potential Tiger Woods fans amongst you? If so, arranging for a golfing ‘expedition’ may just be the break that you all need. You can reserve hotels, motels or hostels (depending on your choice and budget) very close to a golf course in the place of your interest. In the United States, almost every major city has a few reputable golf courses. The only thing you have to be careful working out here is making sure that your equipments are ready and in good condition or that you can rent them at very affordable prices.
3. Mountain Climbing: Think you can conquer the mountains? Maybe not. But you can at least climb to their peak. Mountain climbing is both challenging and fun, especially for younger people, though there are also quite a few oldies that have mastered its art and are addicted to it. If your travel group fits into this category, you can easily make plans to visit some mountainous area and have the fun of a lifetime.
4. Camping: Seldom do people experience nature in its rawness nowadays. If you can pull together a group of travelers that are very much excited about the possibility of spending some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy nature undiluted for a while, a camping trip may be a very good idea. Here, you just have to make sure that you bring along your necessary camping equipments and supplies (hopefully leave most of the techie gadgets at home). It will be a rare opportunity and a cherished moment that you will remember for a longtime to come.
5. Revisit the Ancients: Turn off the TV, divorce the soap operas and go take a trip to see the real world- the ancient world, that is. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of museums around the world that travel groups can visit to learn about our ancient forefathers and the civilizations that they built (and destroyed, sometimes.) There are also many natural ruins around the world-in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Australia-where you can experience firsthand, not just through TV and books, what the ancients did and the historical pointers that they have left for us.There are many activities and places that travel groups can organize to visit to not just escape the (sometimes) hectic and boring city life, but to also create memorable moments in their lives and brighten up.

Traveling the world is on top of most people’s to do list of life. Everyone should try and gather the resources and energy to pack their bags and explore an around the world holiday of few weeks or even months. Cheap Asian Travel Tips
Cheap Asian Travel Tips
Article by The Bum Traveler
Traveling in Asia can be ridiculously cheap and fun if you know what you’re doing. Cheap Asian travel is done by being intelligent with your cash and being well informed of what is going on. Last year when I was in Thailand the ratio of the dollar to the thai baht currency was about 40 baht to 1 dollar, now it is about 30 to 1! Paying attention to the local politics and what is going on in the world is just one of many ways that you can make Asian travel cheap.
One of the most basic things for cheap asian travel is to live like the locals. This doesn’t mean that you are going to be out the rice fields work from dawn to dusk like some of the locals, but you will have a similar lifestyle that will also add a lot of culture to your trip. Instead of eating at that nice Westerner restaurant go down and eat from one of the street stalls. You’ll have a blast eating with the locals and attempting to communicate with them and you’ll also get a chance to really sample some of the local flavor that is quite good. Don’t worry about getting sick, the locals wouldn’t be eating there if they were getting sick, so you shouldn’t either.
One of the biggest keys to cheap asian travel is how you decide to go about seeing asia. Clearly if you want to fly it’s going to cost you quite a bit more then the local bus. Now there are some tourist busses that are great and get you to where you need to go for cheap, but be warned, there is a reason for why they are cheap. One of the reasons is that they stop at specific locations for meals that are out in the middle of nowhere so they can jack the prices up. So if you do take these busses take a sack meal or bit the bullet and pay the jacked up prices. The best option in my opinion for cheap asian travel is to take the local bus. You’ll experience that countries culture up close and directly and you’ll be doing it for the same price as the locals themselves.
There are plenty of great tips about cheap asian travel on my blog at http://bumtravel.wordpress.com but the most basic thing to remember is “Live like the locals and follow what they do.” They live there, they know the prices and are going to do what is going to save them the most money, so follow their lead and watch for where they eat, how they travel and where they shop.
